Dancing in the Cloud

Do you need help on your ballroom technique? Watch the following video on East Coast Swing.

Watch this video of Nathan and Alyssa performing an East Coast Swing routine.  It is an assignment for the St. Cloud State University dance class. 

• The first time you watch it, watch them dance as a couple.  
• The next time you watch it, choose either Nathan or Alyssa and focus on his or her foot technique.  
• Then watch it again and focus on his or her arm technique.  
• Then watch it again and focus on his or her hip movement.  
• Keep watching the video studying only one component at a time.  
• Watch it as many times as needed to learn about each component.
